Let’s go!

A hole is drilled in the right curve of the plywood heart.
Step 1

Mount the Forstner bit on the drill and drill a hole in the prefabricated plywood heart. Smooth the edges with fine sandpaper.

The adhesive foil is cut with scissors.
Step 2

Cut the adhesive foil in signal red generously so that it overlaps the edges of the heart.

The adhesive foil is applied using the smoothing blade.
Step 3

Peel off the backing paper of the adhesive foil and apply it to the wood using the smoothing blade.

The adhesive foil is cut at the edges using a utility knife.
Step 4

Now use the utility knife to cut off the excess adhesive foil around the heart.

The adhesive foil is cut out in the opening using the utility knife and removed.
Step 5

Now use the utility knife to remove the adhesive foil from the drilled hole.

The test tube is inserted into the round opening.
Step 6

As a decorative finish, insert the small test tube into the opening, fill with water and decorate with freshly cut flowers.

You did it!
