This is how to create new privacy screen step-by-step

Utility knife cuts window foil along ruler.
Step 1

Take measurements of the window and transfer them onto the back of the Finja privacy foil with a pencil. Cut the piece of foil to size with the aid of a utility knife and ruler.

Spray mist from spray bottle moistens window pane.
Step 2

Wet the glass surface evenly with water or d-c-fix application fluid.

Hand holds piece of foil while the other hand peels off backing paper.
Step 3

Now peel off the backing paper from the privacy foil.

Privacy foil is applied to window pane.
Step 4

Place the cut privacy foil at one corner of the window pane and smooth the foil down roughly by hand.

Smoothing blade smooths down the window foil.
Step 5

Now take the smoothing blade and press the foil down firmly, working your way along the window surface hand-width by hand-width.

Hand with cloth dries liquid on window.
Step 6

Smoothing down removes the trapped water between the foil and the glass pane, allowing it to escape at the edges. Wipe away this liquid using the cloth.

You did it!
