  • d-c-fix Uni Lack Magenta
  • d-c-fix application kit with smoothing blade and utility knife
  • Pencil
  • Folding rule

  • A3 or larger picture frame

You have everything you need? Then get started!

Measure the dimensions of the rear panel using a folding rule.
Step 1

Detach the rear panel of the picture frame and remove the pane of glass. Then determine the dimensions of the rear panel using a folding rule.

Utility knife cuts the adhesive foil along the ruler.
Step 2

Transfer the dimensions onto the back of the “Uni Lack Mint” adhesive foil and cut the adhesive foil along a ruler using the utility knife.


Backing film is removed.
Step 3

Remove the backing film from the adhesive foil.

Smoothing blade moves over the adhesive foil.
Step 4

Using the smoothing blade, press down the adhesive foil section by section onto the rear panel.

String is stapled to the inside
Step 5

Then cut the string to match the frame width and attach it to the inside of the frame using a stapler
