How to make the advent calendar, step by step:

Glass is cleaned with a cloth.
Step 1

Remove adhesive, labels and grease residue from the jars.

Circumference of a jar is measured with a tape measure.
Step 2

Measure the circumference of each jar and transfer the measurements to the back paper of the Romeo adhesive foil.

Adhesive foil is cut with scissors.
Step 3

Next, cut out the rectangles allowing for some excess Romeo foil.

The backing paper is peeled off.
Step 4

Remove the backing paper from the foil and apply the adhesive foil to the jar.

Adhesive foil is pressed down using a scraper.
Step 5

Use the scraper to apply the adhesive foil all around the jar. The adhesive foil should overlap slightly.

Stars are applied.
Step 6

Cut out the numbers from 1 to 24 and the small stars from the gold adhesive foil – and apply these to the jars as well. If available, a star-shaped punch can also be used for the stars.

You did it!
